My personal training career started in 2013. After a few years of working with many individuals I moved over to coaching group classes in CrossFit. My specialization is in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, gymnastics, general strength training & body building. I have learned from some amazing coaches over the years including Nicole Zapoli and Greg Everett. I currently compete on a national level in Olympic Weightlifting.

Single Personal Training Sessions: $60
Monthy 1x Per Week: $55/hr (Includes Meal Planning)
Monthly 2x Per Week: $50/hr (Includes Meal Planning)
Monthly 3x Per Week: $40/hr (Includes Meal Planning)
