WOD at 9 am, PREGAME at 2:30. Admission is a drink and a dish.
WOD:' Annie' on football day:
50 – 40–30 – 20–10 of:
double unders and sit ups.
* everytime you screw up on double unders, do 12 Burpees (for the 12th man).
* After each set of sit ups, do one rope climb.
*DURING THE GAME:
-12 pull-ups for every Seahawks score (should be a lot).
- 12 Burpees for every Patriots score (shouldn't be a lot).
* score includes each touchdown AND each time the ball passes through the uprights.
