Lift: Snatch Practice WOD: 11.3 - rest 4 Minutes then 12.1 Going to combine 2 Open WODs from 2011 and 2012. 11.3= 5 Minute AMRAP of Squat Clean and Jerk 110/155 12.7 = 7 Minute AMRAP of Burpees. *burpees must finish with touching a mark 6 inches above max reach.
