Good job to Nathan and Anthony for bringing the most friends to crossfit, 25 people brought in all.  And no takers for the Snatches though. 




This months challenge:  Run 31 miles.  That's a mile a day. 


Lift:  Front Squat 3x5

WOD:  21-15-9 of:

Over the Box Jumps 20/24

Wall Balls 15/20

Crab Craw 1 lap of the gym after every round.
