WOD #1:  'Cindy'

20 Minute AMRAP of:

5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats


WOD #2:  Triathlon (Course listed on WOD board

2.2 mile Run, 258 Meter Swim, 8.4 mile bike

* This is informal, big boy rules apply.  Don't Drown! 

** Please bring your bike, shoes, swim wear, Pre-workout / Recovery Drink, Teddy Bear etc... before 8 am.  Warm-up and stretching with begin at 8 AM.
