WOD:  You have 3 minutes to complete each of the following:

Run 200, then Kettle bell hang Clean and Jerks  35/44
- Run 200, then Wall Balls,
- Run 200, then Muscle Ups - S 1 Muscle Up = 2 Jumping Muscle Ups or 2 pullups + 2 Ring Dips
Endurance:  100 Double Unders, 1 Mile run, 1000 meter row
