Skill:  3 Rounds of unbroken Pistols on each foot
*score = highest reps for each foot.
WOD:  12 Minute AMRAP of:
15 WALL Balls,
15 Ring Dips,
15 Back Squats 45/65
Endurance:  7 Minutes of Double unders, every time you miss do 5 Burpees
