CrossFit Kenmore is hosting its second annual fitness challenge. Last year was a hit but this year we are doing it bigger and better. This year we are offering a CASH PRIZE to the winners.
How it works: 1. The Challenge starts at weighs January 5th 2019 at CrossFit Kenmore. We will be using an InBody machine that measures your body composition. The InBody is highly accurate machine comparable to Dexa scans or the dunk tank. The information from this test will tell you exactly how much lean body mass and body fat you have.
2. You are able to do whatever diet you choose to gain as much muscle or lose as much fat as possible. This is where your expertise as a coach and suggestions to your members become very valuable. You will lead them on their path to success in the Challenge. Feel free to do mini challenges within your box to keep your members focused.
3. Weigh In again on April 6th to see the final results, with the same InBody test. We will be providing before and afters by a professional photographer you can feel free to use for your gym.
4. There are 2 scoring criteria for individuals. Body fat-loss as a percentage in relation to total body fat and total muscle mass gained. Each category is measured and ranked among peers within your gender. Your ranking in each category is equal to your total points. Lowest female and male total win $1000.
Example: If you have the 3rd most body fat percentage lost, you receive 3 points. If you have the 10th most muscle gained in lbs, you receive 10 points. Your total score is 13. The lowest total score wins.
The winning box receives an Assault Air Bike; minimum 8 participants. Scoring is individuals total's divided by the amount of participants; the mean.
And last but not least, we've added a new element within the prizes. The top male and female's coach will be awarded $500. A little added incentive to get your members the best results ever! And if your members get the results they dream of they are members for life. Please let us know if you have any questions! We look forward look forward to coming together for another epic Challenge this year!
