CrossFit Kenmore is the fitness challenge! Last year was a hit but this year we are doing it bigger and better. This year we are offering a CASH PRIZE to the winners.
How it works: 1. The Challenge starts with weigh-ins at CrossFit Kenmore. We will be using an InBody machine that measures your body composition. The InBody is highly accurate machine comparable to Dexa scans or the dunk tank. The information from this test will tell you exactly how much lean body mass and body fat you have.
2. You are able to do whatever diet you choose to gain as much muscle or lose as much fat as possible. We will have a nutritional seminar, informational packets to teach you how to dial in your macros and a Facebook community group to share recipes, details and other challenge related information.
3. Weigh In again 3 months later to see the final result using the same InBody machine. We will be providing before and after's by a professional photographer!
4. There are 2 scoring criteria for individuals. Body fat-loss as a percentage in relation to total body fat and total muscle mass gained. Each category is measured and ranked among peers within your gender. Your ranking in each category is equal to your total points. Lowest total for each male and female will be the winner.!
Example: If you have the 3rd most body fat percentage lost, you receive 3 points. If you have the 10th most muscle gained in lbs, you receive 10 points. Your total score is 13. The lowest total score wins.
