Starting with Fundamental Classes

We introduce those new to CrossFit with our Fundamentals Course. This consists of 6 classes with our coaches. This is where you build a solid foundation for fitness. If you've never done CrossFit before, this is the way to start. If you have 3 months or more experience with CrossFit, Fundamentals aren't necessary, but a review never hurts.
During fundamentals we cover:
  • Assessing the individual's fitness level
  • Fundamental CrossFit movements
  • Introduction to the "CrossFit Culture"​
  • Introduction to Wodify app

Please bring workout clothes and a water bottle. We will go over different movements and then put them in a mini workout at the end of the class. The cost of the course includes 4 classes and the rest of your membership for the month. You can expect these classes to last 1 hour.

Our next Fundamentals Course starts Monday January 18th at 7:30 pm and continues Wednesday, Friday and the following Monday at 7:30pm. Please reach out to us with the submission box below to confirm your reservation in the Fundamentals Course.

*After the Fundamental classes you can jump into our regularly occurring CrossFit classes on our schedule.
