Starting with Fundamental Classes

If you're new to CrossFit, we recommend starting with our Fundamentals Course. It includes 4 classes with our coaches, where you'll learn the basics and build a strong foundation for your fitness journey. If you’re already familiar with CrossFit and have at least 3 months of experience, you can skip it, though a refresher is always a good idea!
In our Fundamentals course, we’ll cover:
  • Assessing your fitness level
  • Learning essential CrossFit movements
  • Introducing you to the "CrossFit culture"
  • Showing you how to use the PushPress app

Please come in workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We’ll practice different movements and finish each class with a short workout. The course includes 4 classes and covers the rest of your membership for the month. Each class lasts about 1 hour.

Our next Fundamentals Course starts Thursday June 5th at 6:30 pm and continues Friday June 6th at 6:30 pm, Thursday June 12th at 6:30 pm and Friday June 13th at 6:30 pm. Please reach out below to reserve your spot in the Fundamentals Class!

After you complete the Fundamentals Course, you’ll be ready to join our regular CrossFit classes.
