FundamentalsFitness level is assessed in small group or personal training format focusing on foundational CrossFit movements. Fundamentals are designed to prep the individual for classes by practicing common movements found in class.

MobilityMobility class is designed to increase or maintain range of motion, decrease muscle soreness, promote recovery and improve body alignment using mobility balls, rollers, straps, and blocks. Some of our exercises are similar to those found in yoga, but are usually held longer and designed with CrossFit movements in mind.

YogaYoga is a practice designed to help balance the aspects of stretch and strength. Vinyasa flow is a style of yoga that focuses on poses allowing a deeper connection between breath and body; transitions to fine tune balance and strengthen supporting muscles throughout the body.
