10-week healthy eating Challenge

We’re beginning our 10-week healthy eating Challenge (May 3 - July 13), and are offering an early bird discount to our members before opening up standard registration.

Included in the challenge are:

  • Two InBody scans
  • Weekly challenges to help you engage with the process consistently
  • Ongoing coach education and content around Macro and Micronutrients, food tracking, and more
  • A community to help support you and provide accountability

The cold, dark days of winter are coming to an end, and the bright, sunny, warm days of

summer are on the horizon! If shorts, tank top, and swimsuit season snuck up on you as

quickly as it did us, our Spring Into Summer Nutrition Challenge is for you!

Are you looking to improve your overall health, feel better in your summer wardrobe,

improve your body composition, and learn more about how nutrition plays a key role in

health and longevity?

Proper nutrition is vital to our overall health. Understanding what to eat, how much to

eat, when to eat, and why we eat certain foods can be overwhelming.

Join our Spring Into Summer Nutrition Challenge to simplify something we do multiple

times every day: EAT! We will help you to understand what Macronutrients and

Micronutrients are and how they can help you reach your goals. We will discuss the

importance of high-quality, clean ingredients and the positive effects they have on our

bodies’ inflammation.

Eating well doesn’t have to be overly complicated. By walking you through how to

calculate your macronutrients, effectively track your foods, weigh your food, and

maintain a healthy relationship with food along your journey, eating well will be easier

than ever.

Over the course of the 10-week nutrition challenge, we will learn, grow, inspire, share,

motivate, and encourage each other through weekly challenges. And, what would a

nutrition challenge be without a prize at the end?
