If you're new to CrossFit, we recommend starting with our Fundamentals Course. It includes 4 classes with our coaches, where you'll learn the basics and build a strong foundation for your fitness journey. If you’re already familiar with CrossFit and have at least 3 months of experience, you can skip it, though a refresher is always a good idea!
Our next Fundamentals Course starts Wednesday the 7th at 8:30am and continues Friday the 9th, Wednesday the 14th and finishes Friday the 16th. Please sign up and reach out to reserve your spot in our next Fundamentals Course.
The Course will begin with bodyweight movements; rowing, core, & squats. Then it will progress to overhead movements, and by the end of the Course you will be learning the Olympic lifts; the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Upon joining, expect a supportive environment where experienced trainers guide you through each workout, ensuring that your form and technique are on point. You can expect to improve your fitness levels, learn new skills, and set a strong foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Once you've completed the Fundamentals Course you are free to jump into regular CrossFit Classes.
